Covid-19:

Resources for a Pandemic

In times of crisis and uncertainty, our communities and our relationships are under particular strain. With decades of experience in peacebuilding and conflict transformation, the Reconcilers Together partnership want to share their learning and resources for you to use in these difficult times.

Leadership

Place for Hope - Leading in Fragile Times

In times of stress and change, certain behaviours and patterns emerge that ordinarily stay suppressed. The ways we respond to these changed patterns in ourselves and our communities matter.

Place for Hope have produced a resource to support leaders in faith communities during these challenging times. Please download and share freely.

Working Online

Place for Hope - Ways of Working Together Online

Place for Hope has a set of protocols to help people work well together online with compassion for ourselves and each other. They also offer some guidance on how this can be applied to mediation and facilitation.

Spirituality and Discipleship

Corrymeela - Prayers for Community in a Time of Pandemic

The current need for self–isolation and social distancing as exceptional measures speaks to the greater need we have as humans to be in community. The world needs community like never before.

In that spirit, Corrymeela offers a series of prayers.

Spirituality of Conflict

Spirituality of Conflict is a website dedicated to reading gospel texts through the lens of conflict and reading conflict through the lens of gospel texts. They publish reflections for the gospel reading for every Sunday of the three-year lectionary cycle, and also for occasions that warrant human attention throughout the year: everything from St. Patrick’s Day to World AIDS Day.

Place for Hope - Gathering in Glasgow

on Conflict and Faith Report

This Event Report summarises the gathering held in Glasgow in November 2019. It includes readings, prayers, worship materials, and transcripts of the three keynote addresses on Lament, Waiting and Hope.

Archbishop's Reconciliation Ministry - Difference Webinars

Join the team for a series of four webinars exploring how our faith and the example of Jesus equips us to be reconcilers in our relationships and in a fractured and hurting world. The themes are: the power of faith in a conflicted world; be curious; be present; reimagine.

Sharing Stories
